I'm looking at an overly plush appartment in the converted factory behind 
fratellos.

Appartment is too expensive and I'll need a thrid room mate.

Rent would be 300/month.

Has it all...
Dishwasher, trashcompactor, dryer/washer, side-by-side fridge with ice-maker 
(crush and cube), another small built in fridge with another ice-maker, 
whirlpool, two full bathrooms, outdoor pool, ~18ft ceilings, plush loft (cool 
as hell) with normal carpeted steps leading up, expensive looking wood work 
everywhere, wooden (cherry?) cabinates, new plush carpets, new wood flooring, 
personal two car garage with tunnel to garage, view of the river from ~60ft 
up, elevators, ~18ft high ~30ft wide wooden (cherry?) book case in living room 
with cool matching sliding ladder, laundry room, ya prob more.

The condo is being rented by a woman who bought the place in april and hasn't 
lived in it yet.

She needs an answer on or before this weekend.
