I was referred to you by Dr. Briscoe and Dr. Georgiev regarding coordinating contact with people in the Computer Science Club. 

I'm the general manager of the Management Information Office at the Department of Residence Life.  The reason of this email is to ask for your help.  I would like to know if I could attend the Computer Science Club meeting to make a brief announcement about job opportunities at the MIO.  
 
I feel that MIO could provide great opportunities and experience for people in the club. 

We are currently looking for students with interest and basic experience  in web  and database programming, ASP, etc.   Our wages are very competitive, and we provide practicum opportunities.
