And I blockquoth Mr. Cheney:
<blockquote>
After MechMania VII where the global trade economy collapsed due to
monopolistic influence, a new spirit was born. MechMania VIII, by far the
coolest MechMania C++ coding competition yet, is back for another year of
artificial intelligence programming madness!

Huh, gee, so the reason the last competition failed was entirely due to
Microsoft's monopolistic behavior?! I guess the winner was supposed to be
the bot that behaved most like Microsoft.

So, if this next one is NOT sponsored by Microsoft, we know two things:

1) The game will not be based in monopolistic economics.
2) It should be a huge success since we don't need to worry about buggy
Microsoft software.
