matter what is was, OS X NOT excluded. Most students =

That is very true. It doesn't take very long working in the academic computing labs to figure that out, and usually the people you see in there are the slightly *more* tech-savy people (IE, the people who aren't *completely* afraid of computers). One of the individuals I was helping today was hunt-and-pecking at the keyboard, and I almost cried.
