[Cs-club] ICPC: Register for the ACM-ICPC Programming Contest!

This is just to let everyone know about this early.  We'll talk about
it more during the semester with new members.  The Midwest region doesn't
have a deadline for registration yet, but I'm betting that it will be
sometime in November for normal registration and October for advanve
registration.  The earlier that we can register, the better.

Last year, over 200 teams were turned away due to limited space.
