[Cs-club] Mock ACM - Next Saturday!

CS Club,

Mock ACM is rapidly approaching so here's the
lowdown. It will be taking place next Saturday (Jan.
17th). We have approximately 8 teams coming so there
will be around 24 high schoolers competiting. The
schedule for the day looks like this:

Setup starts at 9am.
Registration starts at 10am.
Competition instructions at 11:30am.
Competition starts at 12pm.
Competition ends at 5pm.
Awards starts at 5pm.
Teardown starts whenever they leave.

I need help from as many of you as can help.
1. We will need at least 1-2 people there with me at
9am to setup signage and registration tables. More
people would be appreciated.
2. We will need 1-2 more herding the kids after they
start arriving. This would include getting them
situated on their computers.
3. We will need 2-3 judges during the competition
testing solutions.
4. We will at least another 2-3 runners during the
competition to make sure none of the teams are
cheating and to get their solutions to the judges and
back.

All in all, it would be nice if 6-7 people could show
up. Even if you can only stay and help for a couple
hours, it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, before the compeition, I will need some other
help. I've run through most of the problems, tested
solutions and come up with some alternate input files
and will work on finishing the rest tonight. If anyone
can, please read through the problems
(http://csf11.acs.uwosh.edu/mock_acm/) and either try
doing them or look for spelling/grammar and how
understandable the problem is.
If you will be able to help either way, please
simply e-mail me or respond to this e-mail and post to
the chatter list that you can help. Thank you.

Daniel
CS Club Pres.
