[Cs-club] SLIC Committee representative

I am going to create a new executive board position for this year.
This one should not be difficult to fulfill.  The person in this
position will simply be representing our interests in the SLIC
(Student Leadership & Involvement Center) Committee meetings, which
will be held on Mondays at 3:00 PM in the SLIC (it is near Sight N'
Sounds in Reeve Union.)  This position will tentatively be entitled
the SLIC Committee representative.
