Attend one of our information meetings to hear more about UW
Oshkosh-sponsored programs abroad and to get answers to FAQ's!
Where can I study abroad?
UW Oshkosh offers programs to the U.K., Costa Rica, Brazil, Greece,
Germany, the Czech Republic, Belize, India, Switzerland, Canada, France,
Japan, Spain, Uganda, Italy, Bermuda, Poland, Scotland, the Netherlands,
Mexico?
What types of programs are available to me?
Most UW Oshkosh programs are faculty-led programs. On these programs, a
faculty member from UW Oshkosh accompanies a group of UW Oshkosh students
throughout their stay in the foreign country.
UW Oshkosh also participates in five student exchange programs. A student
exchange program is a program through which individual UW Oshkosh students
"trade places" with students from a university abroad. UW Oshkosh faculty
do not accompany individual students abroad.
How can I pay for my study abroad experience?
Financial Aid can be applied toward your study abroad costs. Study abroad
grants are also available!
What credits can I get if I study abroad?
You can earn credit in all fields - from philosophy to business to
radio/TV/film! Check out our website for details!
How long will I be in the foreign country if I study abroad?
UW Oshkosh offers programs which range from 2 weeks to one year.
If you cannot attend our information meeting, see
http://www.uwosh.edu/oie/destinations.html for details. To download
application materials, see the web page for your program of choice.
If you are no longer interested in study abroad, please let me know and
I?ll remove your name from our email list.
Sincerely,
Jenna Graff
