[International] Study Abroad Party

Dear International Listserv Member:

I hope you're free on Friday night, because the Office of International
Education is planning a huge study abroad party!  Students who have
just returned from the following trips will be bringing photos, stories
and memories--it's the perfect time to get to know what our programs are
all about and to meet students who have participated in a study abroad
experience!

Programs which will be represented on Friday are:
European Business Travel Seminar
Education, Society and Culture in Modern Greece
Nursing & Health in India
Nursing & Health in Western Europe (London & Paris)
Intensive Spanish in Mexico
University of New Brunswick Exchange (tentative)

The party will be on Friday, February 13 from 6-9 in the Reeve Union
Underground.  Please consider joining us!

Music
Enjoy music from our study abroad host countries and from our
international students' home countries!

Food
Sample snacks and appetizers from study abroad host countries,
international students' home countries and other not-so-far-away
places.

Open Mic
No, this isn't a karaoke contest! There will be an open mic for study
abroad participants who would like to share experiences they had abroad
and for international students who would like to share their experiences
at Oshkosh with other party-goers. Participants are encouraged to let us
all in on the serious, funny, confusing and/or educational events which
shaped their time abroad. Embarrassing moments are certainly welcome, as
long as the person being humiliated is the one sharing the
story:)

r.s.v.p. by emailing dodd@uwosh.edu before Wednesday, February 11. 
Feel free to bring friends and to invite students who might be interested
in studying abroad in the future as well.  If you forget to
r.s.v.p., come anyway!
