[International] Study Abroad: seats left for spring interim!

Dear Student:

You are receiving this message because you have indicated an interest in
study abroad over spring interim, are a member of the International
Listserv, have an incomplete application for one of the following
programs or have chosen financial aid HOLD on your study abroad
application (and therefore do not yet have a seat on the
program).

We have seats remaining in the following spring interim study abroad
programs.  Applications for these remaining seats will be accepted
first-come, first-served either until the program is full or until the
first pre-travel orientation (see the program webpage for details),
whichever occurs first.

British Government and Law - only 10 seats left!
May 17 ~ June 6, 2006
Spend three weeks in London examining the government and law systems of
Great Britain, the Commonwealth, the European
Union and NATO.

Literary Study Tour in Ireland - only 3 seats left!
May 15 ~ June 2, 2006 (Travel is from May 22-June 2. Classes will be held
on campus from May 15-18)
Gain a cultural, historical and political understanding of Irish
literature as you literally travel around Ireland.  This program
will be run one time only.

Understanding Japan & Japanese Business Travel Seminar - only

Gain a better understanding of Japanese people, culture and society
through business visitations and time spent with a variety of Japanese
people.

Intensive Spanish in Salamanca Spain (interim program with a late
application deadline - Feb 24) - no seat limit
Group Option: Approximately June 3 ~ July 3, 2006 (Individuals may travel
at any time.)
Spend four weeks to a year studying intensive Spanish through Universidad
de Salamanca-Cursos Internacionales. Fluent students  may also
choose to take courses with Spanish students at Universidad de Salamanca
through the Integrated Studies Program. UW Oshkosh offers a one-month
group option in June. All experiences include a homestay and organized
field trips.
Course Selection: Earn 5-6 credits in Spanish over the first month. 
Options inclulde SPAN 203, 204, 207, 208, 301, 304, 308, 309, 312, 313,
318, 332 and Upper Level Elective Credit. Earn add?l credits by spending
add?l time abroad.
Program Fee Estimate: $1,570 - $1,810 plus airfare (approximately $950)
based on 10-20 participants traveling together as a group in June. Fees
vary for individuals traveling at other times of the year.
