POSITION
Programs and Outreach Assistant
Serves in a dual role as Program Assistant for Francophone countries as well as Outreach Assistant for the Member Relations and Marketing department.
Provides administrative support in file management, data entry, mailing, and preparing information packets. Key responsibilities include program and marketing research, special outreach projects, and coordinating a peer student volunteer program.
This entry-level position serves as an excellent opportunity to learn basic issues and procedures related to international educational exchange administration.
SALARY
$30,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*BA/BS degree
*At least intermediate-level proficiency in French *One year experience working in an international organization and/or higher education office *Study abroad experience *Excellent communication skills *Ability to handle multiple projects with considerable detail *Be a team player as well as work independently and take initiative *Have authorization to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Previous experience with Microsoft Access and Excel *Basic editing abilities with Photoshop *Knowledge of French and/or Swiss education systems
