[International] Spain flight quote deadline is 10/1 - Intensive Spanish in Salamanca, Spain (L SPAI)

Dear Potential Intensive Spanish in Salamanca, Spain Study Abroad Applicants:

The airline ticket quote we received for the January Intensive Spanish in Salamanca, Spain group will only be valid until Wednesday, October 1st.  Therefore, if you wish to fly with the group on the flight (and at the cost) as advertised on the program webpage, we will need to receive your completed application no later than noon on Wednesday, October 1st.

We will continue to accept applications after October 1st; however, after that date we cannot guarantee that you will be on the same flight as the rest of the group or for the same cost.

The application can be found on the program website at: http://www.uwosh.edu/oie/abroad/spain.php#apply

We've had some questions about the new online application process, so I thought I would let you know the answers we're giving so all of the information remains consistent.  Please feel free to share this with anyone who may be interested in applying.

"Complete" Application - In order to have a complete application, you must fill out the required portions of the online application, sign & turn in all forms listed under the "Apply" section of your program webpage, and pay the $100 application fee (paid to the Cashier's Office, then bring us the receipt).  Any questions that do not have the small red square by them are not required for this initial step, so you can go back and add that information later, if needed.

Passports - Filling in the passport information on the online application is something that will need to be done eventually, but is not required for the initial application submission.  Proof of a passport, or that a you have applied for a passport (receipt showing they paid to have it sent) is due to our office one week after the application deadline, so the second Friday in October (10th).  This is also when the additional information that wasn't required for your initial application submission is due.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop in our office, call or email anytime.

Thanks,
Karli
