**Grant Proposal for Bosnia and Herzegovina
Leadership Program--Deadline March 24**

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announced a request for
grant proposals for the Youth Leadership Program for Bosnia and
Herzegovina. Public and private nonprofit organizations may apply to
conduct a three- to four-week civic education and leadership program in
the United States for 18 secondary school students and teachers from
Bosnia and Herzegovina. The application deadline is March 24. For more

**Grant Proposal for Thematic Youth Projects--Deadline March 24**

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announced a request for
grant proposals for the Partnerships for Learning Thematic Youth Projects
Initiative. Public and private nonprofit organizations may apply to
implement projects for youth in the United States and countries with
significant Muslim populations with the purpose of exploring academic and
cultural themes and promoting mutual understanding through reciprocal
exchanges of three to six weeks each. The application deadline is March
