[Seac] Lara's food suggested list

Here is the menu I propose. This comes to roughly $43. I think it accommodates both vegetarians and vegans and is the least messy stuff on the menu that can be eaten without creating too much of a fuss.

Nachos with Cheddar cheese and jalapenos. 2 full orders $12.50

Nacho Chips w/o cheese & maybe black olives or tomatoes. $6.25

Guacamole Dip - $4.50
Fresh guacamole made daily with fresh ripe avocados. (Subject to availability)

Pico de Gallo - $2.95
Great combination of diced fresh tomatoes, - onions, cilantro and hot poppers.

2 House Salads Lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, cucumber and nopalitos tossed with fresh lemon juice. $5.90

Lara's Cinnamon Chips
Crispy triangles of pastry, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Three for - $1.00 I propose $6.00 worth.

Cookies and Caramel
The traditional desserts of Mexico are often simple yet delicious. We start with leche quemada (sweet milk caramel) and serve it with Maria (vanilla) cookies and
Whipped topping. ? 2 orders $5.00

As far as drinks go I was thinking water and soda. (Pepsi or Coke) Maybe we could just get it from Pick N Save? 2 liters of Pepsi & a gallon of water?

Any special requests, or should I stick with quesadillas, etc.? I think we may be able to do a vegan dish as well so long as we request no cheese toppings on the vegetarian dishes. There are lots of vegetarian choices though. I am still waiting to hear about their catering menu (if it is the same) and if there is a minimum. Anyway, send me input if you have preferences.
