I will leave this up to a vote.  Nikki and I decided that mostly vegan with
just two vegetarian dishes would be a good balance.  I'm not sure everyone
is real fond of soy cheese as it is different tasting than regular.  Also,
we would have to choose a different dessert as well.  This in all will
change the price of the dinner, which will have to be amended by submitting
three more copies to Demspey, as well as getting new prices and amending the
order with Lara's.  I will do it if people really want it though.  As it
stands I think that no meat and only two vegetarian dishes is a good
compromise, so I vote to keep it as it is.
