[Seac] Wind Power

Something bush managed to get right. I remember a forum talking about these credits at the last Earth Week. So its good to see this pulling through.
here's an article from an in Wisconsin where I grew up.

Although it ends talking about the aggravation of wind machines, the consquences of coal and nuclear power seem quite large although distant from their particular house, and keeps them from realizing the effects. But I have to agree, putting a wind farm right next to the largest freshwater marsh in NAmerica, where flocks upon flocks of birds migrate through each year, needs consideration and would be a choice that'd need more research.
