California Senate Report Condemns Factory Farms
California Senator John Burton, author of groundbreaking legislation (SB 1520 <http://www.nofoiegras.org/FS_cabill_PR2.htm>) to ban foie gras cruelty in California, has released a report from the Senate Office of Research condemning factory farming. Burton states, "It's important to get families and the state's health regulators the information they need about factory farming and its impact on humans and on the animals." Read the report.
