bags. an interesting idea perhaps worth looking into.

Also, something about Earth Week we'll incorporate is the 
<http://www.meatout.org>  It just happens to be the initiative's 20th 
anniversary on 4/20/05, coincidently the same day as our food discussions!  
An idea might be blackhawk thinking up and serving vegetarian/vegan meals 
for the day or something.  any ideas, throw them my way please.
