Ok here are the big rooms I was able to reserve for Earth Week and the times:
4-18 room 202 5-10 pm
4-19 room 214 6-10 pm
4-20 room 202 7-10 pm
4-21 room 227 BC 6-10 pm
4-22 room 202 5-10 pm
4-23 room 202 10 am- 4pm

The Ballroom was booked everyday but Thursday and even then we are only able to get 2/3 of it. These rooms and times should be able to give people some guidelines for their events. Any questions let me know!
