Subject: The Vagina Monologues Crew info

Hello Wonderful People...

This is Jenni Schreiner, one of the co-directors of
this years production of "The Vagina Monologues".  You
are recieving thsi e-mail because, in some form, you
expressed interest to either Kayte or I that you
wanted to work on the crew.  Here is what you need to
know...

1) Like last year, we are requiring that all of the
crew members wear matching t-shirts.  They are the
same ones as last year.  They say "Please dont touch
the vaginas" on front and then "SECURITY" on the back.
 Kayte and I will take care of shipping and handling
and tax, but you will need to purchase your own shirt.
 They are $7.50 for M, L, and XL, and $8.50 for XXL. 
If you worked on our crew last year and already have
one, you do not need to buy a new one.

2) There will be a mandatory meeting on Monday,
February 16 at 9:30 PM in the Evans Hall basement. 
The doors lock at 9:00, so please be on time so that
we can let you in.  At the meeting we will be
collecting t-shirt money and picking jobs for the crew
members and nights.  If you cannot make the meeting
you will be offered whatever is left, if anything, and
you will be expected to get Kayte or I the t-shirt
money by Tuesday.

3) As of now, preliminary crew positions are lights,
sound, videotaping, taking tickets, selling
merchandise, ushering, handing out programs, etc. 
This list will be finalized by the meeting time, but
please think about what you would like to do.  When
you sign up for a job and date, you need to be VERY
sure that you can make it.  PLEASE evaluate your
commitments carefully; if there is ANY WAY you might
not be able to do it, DO NOT SIGN UP.

So, if you are interested in working on the crew, be
at Evans Hall at 9:30 PM on Monday, February 16. 
Bring your check for a t-shirt and your schedule.
