Hey all—
I just got an email from Justin from the greens, and our
event is actually supposed to be on Tuesday, not Monday. So, that may present
some problems. Please note that the date mix up was my fault, not his. Anyway, I
know for sure that one of the proposed speakers, whom I already spoke with
(Lisa Tatonetti) has a class beginning at 6pm, so she would not be able to do it
if we still had it at night. Also, I am in the class, so I could not be
available to help organize during that time either. So, any
ideas about Tuesday times? We could try to make it earlier, but, as
suggested, many students do not go to daytime events. Does anyone think doing a
4 to 5 or 5 to 6 event would work? Or should we keep
the same time (7 to 8:30) and find a different speaker instead of Dr. Tatonetti?
And, Jordan and Liz, would you still be available for Tuesday instead of
Monday?
Man, I can’t believe I did this. Let me know what you
all think.
