Ok, I have pushed back our tablings until after Spring Break so that we have a little more time to finish our posters/banners and gather our info together. Plus a one month blitz should be good for our purposes.![]()
Anything that anyone would like to be included in the tabling info should be submitted to the group by March 10th.
We will not meet over Spring Break.
Below I have typed out what days and times people signed up for on the calendar I sent around last meeting, if you put your name down please remember to staff the booths at these times.
Those of you who did not fill in your information on the calendar but would like to table please let me know and I will add you to the list. Also at the March 10th meeting we will go over tabling materials and make sure that everyone is on the same page.
As for Earth Week I do have the table reserved but I would just like to have it filled with Earth Week information and it need not be staffed as we will all be busy with our various events!
We have a table in Reeve Monday -Thursday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am- 3:00 pm.
Please not that we do not have it on Wednesday March 23rd.
