The Computer Science Club has an exiting semester planned ahead and I hope you plan on joining us in the fun. For the first meeting of the semester we have a guest speaker coming from Quadgraphics. The guest speaker, Tim Schlitz, will discuss the computer science industry relating to job opportunities/practices. Please come for a reality check and see if what you are studying is potent in the real world. The meeting is next Wednesday at 4:30 in Halsey 208. Also planned for the semester are the following topics, which will be presented by your fellow colleagues: * Encryption * C programming language * Next Gen technologies (blue-ray, hd, etc) * Programing languages * Copyrights (and lefts!) Elections for next year are coming up and I would highly suggest you consider becoming an officer of the Computer Science Club. Not only is it fun, but highly rewording. To run in the elections please visit our website (http://www.uwosh.edu/cs_club) and register yourself. If you love LAN Party's, RUB will be hosting one in the Reeve Union ballroom on February 17th from noon to midnight.
