Oshkosh Mayor Frank Tower became a "Cool Mayor", last night, and
Oshkosh is GOING GREEN! 

Tuesday, Sept 11, by a vote of 5:2, the Oshkosh City Council passed
Resolution 07-262

, which authorizes the mayor to sign the US Mayors Climate Protection

Only councilors Paul Esslinger and Dennis McHugh voted against it.
You may not remember, but Al Gore talked about this agreement near
the end of his movie, _An Inconvenient Truth_, and on page 288 of his
companion book of the same title.

There will be a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit

I am interested in becoming involved in the Seac organization/club at the University of Oshkosh.  Could someone give me some information on Seac and when and where you meet because I would be interested in coming to the meetings.  Thank you.
