Molly said she is able to come at 11:10am to set it up. We'll run during the rush hour 11:20-1pm. Casual business clothing is prefered. They were suggesting black pants a nice top and possible black jacket or something, i think? whatever they tend to wear at Victorias. For setup, all we are using is the sandwich board(the tree facing the table) and pamphlets that Mandy made. She will be printing those off today. Have a couple of you sitting at the table and a couple directing people to the table. Make sure you have a schpeel to say if you're sitting the table. And if someone has a little digital camera, bring that to catch you in a picture. So that's the fake application event tomorrow. As for the APRIL 11TH Event, we are taking 10 people: Jesse, Clint, Mandy, Adam sturm, Maggie, Amalia, Nick, have talked to me that they are going. We two more. Attendance: Laura, Marianne, Liz, Kay and her new baby Dorian!!!, and guest Stu Reese First- a big congratulations to Kay and her husband on the birth of their baby boy- Dorian Alec! Sober Bikers Poker Run -Stu Reese attended our meeting this week to inform us of the SBPR that will be held in Sept, 06 -Bikers pay an entry fee and will ride around Lake Winnebago with a number of stops, each stop they receive a playing card, at the end of the ride the best hand wins and several prizes are given out -All money made is donated to the Christine Ann Center and Appleton's Harbor House What is WAC's position in this? -WAC will be meeting the bikers at their stop at the Harbor House in Appleton to provide drinks for the participants -we are also looking for ideas for places to get to donate food for the end of the ride -If anybody would like to help provide drinks or give any ideas for donations please let us know!
